i bought a black ipod video and i'm having second thoughts about it so and i want a white one. i opened it and put songs on it. can i still return it?

yes you can! costco has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. if you dont like ANYTHING, you can return it for a full refund. i recently returned a car canopy i never used that i bought 2 years ago!

Yes Costco is great about accepting returns. They have everything on their computer system. I bought an iRiver player for my brother in law and it broke like 3 months later and I had no problems returning it to costco without a receipt even.

yea you can return it, just remember that you MUST have the receipt and the box it came with and there should be no problem =)

i know at best buy you could, but some places might charge a restocking fee.... like 15 percent.
