the best way to gain muscles is to exercise and make your muscles build themselves! as u do exercise the muscles need to grow to put up with the new power. besides u should eat enough (not too much) protein. the usual protein intake would be OK. u start the work, your body will manage it!!!

I think the only good way to gain REAL muscle is a gym or get a Bow Flex, I have one its great. But just doing push ups and sit ups wont get you very far...at all

eat lots of meat and get a job as a brick layers labourer....
guaranteed to create lots of muscle mass..

You have to eat....allot.... but HEALTHY foods, high in protein!! Lifting Heavy weight, start light and work your way up, you dont want to hurt yourself. ;)
