I seem to be angry a lot, and I get really irratated w/ my boyfriend and his dog. I suffer from depression, and I am on 10 mg/day of Lexapro (which is half of my regular dose) since pregnant. Now at 20 weeks, I can't even get out of bed during the day. Anyone else experience this or have any advice on how to control this anger or get out of bed during the day?? thanks

yes I feel exactly the same. I am 15 weeks and I wish I was happier and less annoyed all the time. I sleep all day so I dont have much to say to help with that. I count the days to when I wont be pregnant anymore, I thought this was supposed to be a wonderful experience!!??

mood and tidiness are all a part Of being preggies, found that if i forced my self to get up eat something healthy and get out of the house for a bit i was all write, and i had to fight the depression by my self, but found it was easier to remember that it not my hubbies fault I'm depressed and not to take it out on him, I spent a lot of time crying in the park behind big sunnies, but it helped cause when i went home i didn't take on him,
may be this could work for you as well

I am 20 weeks also and on 10mg Prozac. I get irritated with everyone and my ex's dog drove me crazy because she followed me around everywhere. They know you're pregnant and just want to be there for you. I don't know what to say about not getting out of bed. I wake up every morning and dread getting out of bed... but I have to... I just do it.

I think you need to talk to a doctor or something...Being irritable is one thing but being so mad you can`t even get out of bed is another...It`s really not good for the baby either...I hope for the best for you..
