Is it correct that if the game ends in a draw another game will be played at the road teams stadium or do they play two games anyway? Wouldn't that be kind of unfair?

Yes, in the FA Cup, if the game is drawn, a replay is played at the home of the visiting team in the first game.

In the past this applied to all the rounds, even the final. Nowadays though it applies only up to the quarter-finals. If the semis and final is drawn it goes to extra time and then penalties.

the FA Cup matches is played only once & teams will be eliminated if they lose the match in normal time. if the match has ended in a draw, then both teams will meet again in a replay & the match will be settled here even if the match still finish in a draw. the extra time & possibly the penalty shoot-outs will be used to decide the winner.
