of course...you must go to a vietnamese place...they do the greatest job plus the maximum is only 80 bucks!

No, that's close to the estimates I've gotten for my hair just for one color. Sounds like you were right on, if you liked the results! Good highlights and lowlights can be hard to get, so I'd expect them to be a $100+ job.
