the best one i got for my little daughter was as a college store which had leg warmers of good quality for ballet and other dancers

You will be lucky to find them in the clothing department stores. You need to try a sports store.

Nordstrom's and Macy's should have them. Try big department stores. They usually have some.

forever 21, carson's prairie scott, macy's, a bunch of stores for clothing should have it. H&M, target, etc...
