But i moved something.. but now when i try to go to fix that tv it flickers and i cant see it keeps moving up down up down.. How do i fix this!!!! i really want to use my computer for a MONITOR

I assume you mean you are using a TV as a monitor. I would try reinstalling the drivers for the video card. Also check the manual for the video card or the manufacturer's web site for proper settings. I have had two different TV out video cards. They were both cheap, but one definitely worked better than the other. TV out video cards can be very expensive, but if it means a lot to you, invest in a good one. You should not have any problems with a good TV out video card.

(end of your question): You can not use a computer as a monitor. You must hook the computer TO a monitor to see what the computer is doing.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.
