I went out with this guy last week who pursued me even knowing I am in the process of divorcing my husband. We had talked before when I would see him around and on the phone and he seemed really interested in me. However, he has not called since our first date and did not return my call either. Now, I dont know how to act around him when I see him. He waves hello to me but it seems weird now because its not like we are just random "neighbors". It would be one thing if I would never see him again but I know I will since he lives only a few houses down. How should I act towards him?

The real story is in HOW did you act on a date? Did you try to seduce him or talk about nothing but your husband?
Irregardless of what happened, act casual around him, waive back to him and keep walking or driving. Sounds like once was enough, he is not interested in seconds, so let it be and keep it cool
