Besides local "wrestling schools" most independent wrestling companies will train you. Independent companies usually have some older, wiser man who will take the time to train you (at a price) at the hopes you will wrestle in their company and sell tickets.
I trained that way, but my back couldnt hold up the bumps. My friends that brought me did well and are former tag team champs in several south east independent circuits.
Every state has traveling independents. The wrestlers dont have egos but do have passion for the business. I recommend you find a local independent company, find a way to speak to the wrestlers and find out what you have to do. These arent the arrogant pricks you see on tv. they usually love the business and will do anything to help a professional wrestler.
Thats america, i dont know about canada, but if you can get training in canada do it. Canada has produced almost every great technical wrestler in history.

well its not all done through bookings but you must complete a companies prefered wrestling school.If ur thinking WWE scouters might find u and send u to OVW and so on.Im in a program called WWE We Want Entertainment where teens intrested in wrestling entertainment get trained but by jobbers we sometimes put on a show for 5 bucks.well thats it

Contact the booking person for the wrestling establishment, which will refer you to a local wrestling school which must be attended and graduated from before any promoter will use you.
Altho the "sport" is fake - requires ability to pull it off.
Find something better to do with your talents and time!
Heartbreaking profession for the person involved and those dumb enough to follow it!
