If they have not deleted the history, just hit the history button on the browser.

If they have, there are artifacts in the following directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files

You may this the viewing of this directory turned off, but the files are there. TO view the listing in the file explorer, go to VIEW->FOLDER OPTIONS and find the selection to view hidden files.

The files can be opened with the browser

Open the browser that is used and press Ctrl and the letter H at the same time. This should open up the browsers history.
Take a min to look at the screen so you know how to move between days etc. The amount of history (no. of days) is set in the browsers set up.
If this doesn't show you what you need, re post the question and say what browse you use. (Internet Explorer / Netscape / Firefox etc.)

The simplest one is to check the History (if you are using Internet Explorer) by holding the down the Control Key (Ctrl its next to the Windows key, and push H). If they are clever they would've erased the history, so you won't know. Second option download this free program called CCleaner, and run it, even if they deleted the history, it will show the cookies and websites that were visited. Chow

Change the password for your parental control. And check out the "History" in all browsers installed on your computer. But honestly, I'd worry more about chat programs than webpages.

first hide your code to porn sites better :D
and secondly use the history function in IE 8 the latest one it is shown as a star in top left corner, in others it is shown on the tol bar at top of page as clock with a green arrow, if this is empty you know they have cleaned it fro a reason, if it is full you can see what and when something was viewd,

Also I suggest a browser such as opera or firefox both have excelent parental controls to prevent things like this happening
