Is it possible to have one and nothing comes out?
I have waken up several times in the past few weeks and it feels weird, but nothing comes out.

Not sure what you mean by feel weird but it is called a wet dream...because it becomes wet, as in something did come out.
If nothing did i thing that would be known as a morning wood, but im really not sure what you mean by "feels weird"
