sure it is...it si very common in my country (pakistan)
after B.Com,students here tends to do :
1.MBA (mostly in finance)
2.Msc (economics/accounting)
3.M.Com (least opted option)

B.Com is more focused and technical than BBA...
BBA students have edge when it comes to presentation skills...

B.Com students can build it during MBA...MBA is way better than M.Com.....

MBA in finance is a very good option for B.Com students

Yes, you can do an MBA after BCom as the requirements for most MBA courses in any graduation degree. The normal duration is 2 years (1 year if you're applying for an Executive MBA).
