well it isnt ilegal but if a cop reported you yahoo will count it as a report on your account.

no not b/c its not illegal to harras an officer it is but its the internet it would be to hard to prosecute you if they try your lawyer would have little trouble getting the case tossed out a computer is literally public domain how could they prove it was you ask yourself also free speech here ill start for you

As long as you don't say anthing about a certain one in particular or say anything about hurting them. Then it should be covered by freedom of speech.
