How good is this Singapore union chief Mr. Lim Boon Heng ?

The out going and retirement of this union chief were described by only those existing leaders to be of so good (done alots for the workers), but not a low rank workers like the toilet cleaner, table cleaner, rubbish collector ; etc said he is of so good. See and judge for yourself, how true ?

When any of the CEO or chief leaves the organisation, everybody will say that he/she is a good leader and under their leadership , what are the good things they have done for the organisations. Nobody will mentioned about the bad thing. So I believe this is the same case.
