I, too, have a great sense of humor, but poking fun at the expense of someone else isn't funny at all.
However, the answer to your question, scientifically, is George Bush. His body was built for a larger cranial capacity. On the other hand, Lohan has better use of her brain, granted we give her the benefit of the doubt and don't assume she uses drugs, because her brain contains more active cells due to her age.
