no runescape mods do not get free membership they have to pay just like everyone else

unless they are jagex mods (have a gold crown when they chat) then yes they do but thats because they are the ones of develop the game

yes, they do with a yellow crown. a moderater only reports abuse whenever they see it, only really clean players get the chance though.

If you are talking about GMs then Yes and no. Silver GMs don't but gold GMs do.
