well. obviously the body shape. tadpoles have tails n no legs,and gills they need an aquatic environment to live in otherwise the can not survive. frogs have legs, n can live n out of water. their internal structure changed obviously new bones grow due to their appendages and im not too sure if the tadpoles gills develop into lungs.

and a frog has legs and lungs butno more gills
