It is a bladder infection. They call it "Honeymoon" because it can sometimes be brought on by sexual activity especially if it is your first time.

UTI---urinary tract infection
Sometimes cystitis is referred to as honeymoon cystitis, because this bladder infection commonly occurs in women as a result of sexual intercourse
