Your 20month old can do the non-quick spinning rides like sit with you on the Merry Go Round, Small World, Story Book, Pirates, etc. Don't subject your little one to fast rides at your child's age and height.
Many parents want to stretch their child when measuring height to go on rides....but some rides are DANGEROUS to children who are smaller. Their body cannot take the G-force on the fast rides.
But have fun on the gentle rides...

She might be too young to really get anything out of it, but there is nothing wrong with taking her on quite a few of the rides. You have the entire Fantasyland, with the possible exception of the Tea Cups unless you just sit in them and not try to spin.
Small World, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, You could even do Autopia as long as you have 2 cars and ride with her in the front and the other person in the back to use as a buffer to prevent bumping. You also have the Train, Monorail, Mark Twain River Boat, Jungle Cruise.
These would be more than enough for a 20 month old. Once she poops out you can use the Switch passes and go on the big rides while she rests.
Have Fun

Nope, we were just there with our 6 month old, you'll be able to take her on Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, Small World, Pirates of the Carribean, and Haunted Mansion just to name a few, these are obviously not thrill rides, there are more, just ask at the park, also with kids you can go all the way through the line and you and your spouse can take turns going on the ride, one hold the baby while the other rides, then you switch when the first is done with the ride. Don't miss out on the fun.

You can if you want to. No ones stopping you; but i would wait until your daughter is probably like 3 years old and can really enjoy the rides at Disneyland.

There are plenty of rides that you'll be able to take her on: Peter Pan, Dumbo, Buzz LIghtyear's Asto Blasters, The Jungle Cruise, Storybook Canal, maybe Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion depending on how she is with the dark..may seem a bit scary for that age....almost everything in ToonTown, Bug's Land in California Adventure!

Yes, there are a lot of rides appropriate for a toddler. Even dumbo the elephant can be ridden by a toddler. (riding with an adult of course).
And no, these rides don't endanger your child. They are meant for people 0-100.
It all depends on whether or not your daughter enjoys this type of thing. I wouldn't take her on something just because you think it is cute. If she is scared, don't force her.

There is a few rides that you can go on with her. Other then that basically just having her picture taken with different characters. You two can get the parent passes too if you two want to go on an adult ride.

she will be able to fairly a lot bypass on all the rides in fantasyland. The haunted mansion she will be able to be able to, Winnie the Pooh, Autopia, searching Nemo; and that i recommend that in case you want to experience this, you're making it the first experience, because the line can get extremely lengthy for this experience; Buzz Lightyear Astro Blaster, Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean, there is a few issues that you may want to do over in Mickey's Toontown. Thats fairly a lot all the rides that she will be able to definetly bypass on. yet for higher rides you may ought to envision. and also once you walk by the turnstiles be particular to snatch a flyer for all the diverse shows that are happening throughout the park. have interesting:)
