I will not vote for GMA in the next presidential elections because she's not qualified to do so... according to the constitution, she is entitled only for one term (her 3 years in the presidency last 2001-2004 was only a succession term from Joseph Estrada).

however, if she's qualified, it depends upon her rivals in the presidency. she can run the country (though not perfectly) but at least she has the guts and knowledge.
