If ur 18 or older and u have intercourse with a younger person under 18 and she gets pregnant can u get in trouble even though she wanted to have intercourse?

Depends on your state you live in. Many states are 18 for age of consent, but the lowest is 16. you might be screwd dude!

If you're 18 and she's 17.. or possibly even 16 you'll be fine. As far as legality goes. A judge I'm sure will be understanding in that case, but if she's like 12, 13,14 whatever around that range.. not only are you screwed, you're a pervert because you understand certain things that she doesn't and knowingly disregard that. Either way, if she is pregnant, whatever her age is, you better live up to the situation responsibly.
Considering this is probably a whatif scenario, let this just be the motivator for you to choose not to go through with it. Just find someone your age, I'm sure you're perfectly capable. Here's another motivator, in the future when she's old enough to understand what she's doing, she'll look back on the situation with shame. Don't let her end up like that.. infact explain that to her. She'll probably like you better and maybe you can develop a heathly friendship instead of a unhealthy sexual tension.

I think it depends on if you're in a relationship with the minor. And there can't be more than a two-year gap. She can be 16, you 18. Her 17, you 19. Then once she's 18, she's free game =]

YES!!!!! Infact this happened at our school..The student teach who was like 21..slept with a senior girl who was 17..and he is now in prison..Make sure you make ur decisions wisely..Good Luck
