Well, I started known her when we were at the age of 11, she is Malay, she loves to smile, but she don't smile much in photos and she never show her teeth in photos either. Someday if I fix a date to meet her, I will love to take lots of photos of her and using camcorder to video her. Do you think she will smile? Well, her teeth is pearly white & straight, like she wore braces before, but she didn't.

amuse her.. or start talking about how silly or cheeky or childish etc you were when you were young, esp memories which she can relate to. but don't force the camera or camcorder on her, as she may find it rude. best if you find someone who could do it secretly. all the best :)

OH, my sister, never smiles in photos either. Tell your friend that when people smile, it makes them look more attractive in and out of the photo. No one wants a photo of someone who looks unhappy, so if that doesn't work try to make her laugh, tell her something funny just before the photo is taken, and then click, you've got a photo of your friend smiling. : )

Once she sees how beautiful she looks when she smiles
she may actually pose for you with a smile.

Make her laugh when you're about to take the picture. Say something dumb or a really lame joke.
