No. Sometimes if I don't agree I just don't say anything or end the conversation. I like to pick my battles carefully.
It really depends on how much time I have and if I can really be bothered to argue with the person. Sometimes I just don't care about them enough to waste my time or breath on them. Especially some overly opinionated yet under educated coworkers!
Actually, if I argue with someone it's a compliment that I consider them intelligent enough to take the time to have a debate with them! :)

It depends on the situation since I'm a peace maker. But sometimes if I felt that there are things they need to know or hear for their own good I have to tell them one way or another. If not no one else will do it.

I'm more likely to not say anything. *shrug* works just fine, usually. Saves committing myself. I'm beginning to hate the word commitment.
