suppose if i use a exchange server 2003 in my organisation whatever the mails i am sending and receiving, where they r storing.(in outlook or outlook express or exchange server or both) if logon from any of my client system can i get the same mails which i got previously on client. if they r storing on outlook or outlook express i can get on only on one system. if they r storing in exchange server , where they r storing.

in outllook go file/data file managmnet /personal folder you can find their where is all you emails are save

Typically the mail settings in Outlook or Outlook Express will be configures to leave mail on the Exchange server for x number of days, in which case more than one client can get the same mail. If a client is configured to delete the mail on the Exchange server after downloading it, it won't show up on another client.
