Kobe is the best 1 on 1 player in the NBA. Nash is one of the best Team Players. So to answer your question. Kobe is better than Nash, but Suns have way more talent that Lakers. It all depends on Kobe. If Kobe makes 50, chances are Lakers will win, but its hard for Kobe to make 50 when you have Amare at the paint, and Bell n Marion running around you.

Both are amazing players, difficult to compare. The Suns are better then Lakers. But think of it this way, if the Laker & Suns meet in the playoffs again, the Lakers (because Kobe can singlehandedly beat any team) have a decent chance in winning the series. But reverse that, with Kobe on the Suns and Nash on the Lakers, Nash has only a small chance of success. So I'll have to say Kobe is the better player.

I would take Kobe. He is better in every aspect of the game except passing.Nash excels in that. That is why Nash plays the point and Kobe plays the off guard. Kobe is a better shooter, a much better defender and free throw shooting is a wash.Phx is better than the Lakers because Nash gets everyone on the team involved in the offense and the Lakers struggle offensively besides Kobe and they do not have a force inside like Stoudimire.Both teams are short on the defensive end all around.

Steve Nash is a better team player even though Kobe is a better 1-on-1 player. Since basketball is a TEAM GAME, Steve Nash is better. He can play good offense with the ball, he can pass it and he's one of the best if not the best ball handler in the league.
Suns or Lakers? LOL, their records speak for themselves. Suns hands down. The Suns have a better standing and they have more talent.

on pure talent and skill its kobe. but nash makes his team so much better and thats what really counts. suns are better because nash makes the suns so explosive on offense. theres no way the lakers can stop marion, stoudemire, nash, barbosa, and diaw all together. the lakers may contain 1 or 2 of them but they cant contain them all. and with a captain like steve nash, you know he will rip the lakers D and new one.

The Lakes could have completed extra useful with Kobe and Nash! Howard easily has no longer chemistry with something of the team and its frequently Kobe donning the team with Nash helping and Howard because of the fact the helping forged together with his rebounding and defence skill set.

it depends actually, steve nash is a better team player, passer, and sometimes shooter. kobe is a better scorer, and is also a good passer at times. suns are betetr overall, but laskers always seem to beat the suns when they play.
