Is it possible that a couple get married only in a court by a judge without having to attend a church? does a priest need to be present or the judge is enough? Thanks!

Yes dear, you can get married before a judge. No priest or minister is present for the ceremony or you would be getting married by them instead of the judge.

If it is important to you to be married by clergy you can always have a religious ceremony later, unless there is some reason why clergy wouldn't marry you.

Civil marriages done by a Judge, Magistrate or Justice of the Peace are legal in all 50 states. The reason for a Priest or Minister to be present is if you wished your marriage to be blessed by God.

All you need is legal documentation and a judge, that's all. I don't even see why you need religious weddings. Even wih sacraments and all its just unnecessary.
