how long did it take for you to learn how to walk in heels and how often did you practice?

Some girls can learn quickly and others more slowly. It depends. But if you only wear heels on special occasions, you will never make it more than a few hours in them and you probably wont be able to walk right in them. And that stands out when you can't walk in them right.

It is a different way of walking and your body has to get used to it. Once it does, heels will actually feel comfortable.

Haha, it really depends on the shoe...cause I have these 4" Jessica Simpson platform deals and I broke a toe wearing those, but I can rock the 4" high patent leather peep toe Steven heels and they'reactually comfortable! Just break your shoes in before you try and wear them out - like it might look ridiculous, but wear your heels to the store with your sweatpants just to get the feel of them, or just wear them around the house until they start to feel good!

practice on CARPET FIRST cause it's comfier and cushioned and less of a pain than walking on CONCRETE :)

it was a natural for me I never practiced it just kinda happened but I wear them all the time almost every day
