Move in land. The closer to the beach the more it costs. However, I warn you, if you live more than half an hour during rush hour from work, then you will go nuts. Don't do this unless you are trying to find a big place for the rent for a big family.

Try newspapers, property management companies, and just drive around an area you are interested in and look for "For Rent" signs.
