WHEN I FALL ASLEEP

I personally believe that there is, it is the period during which the lest amount of work is done. Example;
When you wake up in the morning the brain is at it's weakest trying to recover from the bleakness which is sleep.
Between 9am and 11am it starts and warms up as a machine does.
And the point at which it reaches it's peak is when we humans have decided to take a break, as in lunch 12noon to 2pm. As you will notice theirs is more energy in you at this point and the brain is fully active, causing people to read or play games during this period.
After that the brain goes into a position i call neutral. If you notice at school or work a person is less interested in the actual activity they are in and start wondering about home or the drive home.
Finally between the hour's of 5:30pm and sleep the mind is constantly weaken, their by causing people to be irritated easily and are usually on the grumpy side of life.

I use the Cleverness patch, so I can keep my cleverness at a constant level throughout the day, so I can avoid those annoying cleverness peaks and valleys.
