Dress whichever way you want. Unless you want to catch someone who only falls for you due to your style, that would suck. Sure, looks play some role in these situations, but personalities play a major role too. It's nothing to overlook at.
But, if it really matters, just look at what guys your age or wearing. Jeans, tees a casual but nice look. Wear it with confidence. If you're not comfortable with your look, then dont wear it.

Dress according to how you feel you look your best. Women like a man who cares how he looks and is versatile in his clothing. If you are going to the movies--still look your best in your casual clothes. If you are going to play b-ball then wear some great shorts and a top. Woman dont care for guys who look like slobs or wear their clothes like prisoners do. When you look like you have put time into what you have on (maybe you like to coordinate your shoe colors with your shirt and stuff) it catches a woman's eye. Also, take notes from when you go shopping. Most stores have mannequins set up with a nice finished look be it sports, suits, casual... You dont have to spend a lot but it does help to look great not like you rolled out of bed =)
Also~ and I must say this, women really want to know what's going on on the inside of you. Showing that you are a caring man, polite, witty and honest it catches a woman's attention. Im not saying you have to change your personality but I am saying that let these things shine through more while you are looking hot in your clothes and styled hair that fits you and who you are. I hope you get a great woman!

Clean, and with some style. Save some $$ and go to the mall, to your favourite store, and ask for help (you know the one where you look in the window and say,"I wish I could dress like that"). If you can't afford that, look at what they have on the displays and go to a cheaper store to duplicate the look.( this is where girls, who are just friends, come in really handy.) Then, carry yourself with confidence, and humour is good too, but only if you are naturally funny. Don't try to be funny if your not. JUST BE YOURSELF and be open to the girls out there, there might be ones looking at you, who at first you wouldn't notice, but are pretty hot and cool too.

wear dressy casual clothing like,
a color coordinated outfit.
Here's an example of what my bf wears.
A red and navy striped tee,and a pair of
baggy,yet dark wash,lo-rise jeans.
He normally would wear that with either
a black leather or dark wash jacket.

well you defiantly shouldn't dress trashy, but don't dress like a nerd or prep either. Just be normal, nothing too extravagant.

wear cologne gets em everytime.
wear yourpants on your waist !! most girls hate it. only h0res like it so its a no no!
and if you have pimples get clenser and medicine.
if you have facial hair that is random. shave!! it looks nas-tay!!
get a style. like emo or sumthing. the type of girl u want to attract is most important first.

sense of humor- alot of girls like that...you have to be funny. i don't know about dress wise. just look in the mirror before you leave the house.

have a good attitude
dont try to act tough and macho
be respectful
its alot in the personality. just keep yourself clean and thats all she can really wish for.
