Yes, dammit. Wish I had listened. I can't think of much they were wrong about. Wish some of the kids on here would read this question and "get it". It would save them a lot of grief.

Yes they were. It's a shame that some of the most important decisions that determine our future have to be made at such a young age. I was in my thirties before I could truly appreciate my parents. What an incredible responsibility it is to be a parent. I hope I have done as good of job with my own children as they did.

Yes, they certainly were right about most things. The problem is we realize that too late to appreciate our parents the way we should.

Yes, most of the time. But my parents weren't the type that would say, "I told you so." and make me feel guilty. haha

It depends on the topic...but most of the time yes they were...hope my kids learn from my mistakes_

sometimes they were, sometimes they werent, but we need to find these things out for ourselves if we really want to experience and live life. making your own mistakes is all part of the growing up process.
