well most NFL receivers are fast and can catch, but yes Steve Smith is the best receiver in football today. The guy is the ultimate game changer. Imagine if Peyton Manning threw to Steve Smith, man that would be amazing. Marvin Harrison would not be the same if he did not play with Peyton, Steve Smith is the best.

Agreed. Steve Smith is hands down the best. He is the only wide receiver that can single handedly change a game in the NFL. The win-loss record of the Carolina Panthers without him this year was 1-2. Also, in games where he caught 5 passes or less they were 1-4. They're 6-2 when he gets 6 or more catches in a game.

Marvin Harrison hands down. Couple things to think about here, how often have you seen Marvin on the bench hurt and how often do you seen him drop or miss a pass that is anywhere near him. Plus all the times he's busted a move after the catch for a few extra yards makes him that much better than the rest. Jerry rice would be another great pick, but he's retired now and by the time Harrison retires his numbers will be better than Rice's.

I'm with bd, Hines Ward. He not the biggest but he can catch most anything in his reach, he can take a hit like no other and after he gets that ball watch out. He can block, throw, and almost always, no matter what, has a smile his face. Y'all just better watch out for them Steelers next year if they are all healthy.
