You've answered your own question. You love him yes? Then accept him for who he is, the fact he was born a she is irrelevant if he isthe person you love. You may need to accept the fact that he cannot have children (if what he says is true) and may take a little time to find out how the sexual part of a relationship functions. But you ove each other, and that is all that matters. Take it as it comes and if it doesn't work out, let it be for other reasons, after all from what you say, he is HE now and that is who you love.
