I've tried on several size 0's in misses clothing, but they were all too baggy. Is there even a womens size as small as the 0 in juniors?

Misses clothing can vary a lot from brand to brand, but in general they're just shaped quite a bit different from juniors. The shirts are bigger in the chest/shoulders, and the pants allow for wider hips--the pants are usually larger in the hip/thigh/butt region.

That said, your body shape may not translate very well into misses clothing. I know teens and women that's true for. A misses 0 is bigger than a juniors 0, for sure. You could try a double 0. That would be more like a junior's zero. Misses sizes usually "match" the juniors size that's one number bigger than them (like a 0/1, 2/3). 00's can be hard to find, unfortunately. I'd look around online if you can't find them in stores, since many stores have websites with "extended sizes" that their physical stores don't, like 00's. I'd try GAP first--it has a good range of sizes, especially online. Good luck! :)
