Be first to smile and say Hi. When your talking to others, don't be so outspoken or opinionated. Show interest in others by listening more than you talk, and ask occasional questions without being too personal. And finally; respect others and authority. You no-doubt have trouble with authority figures. STOP TRYING TO CHALLENGE EVERYONE, and people will stop reacting to you the way they do.
