The lug nut 'size' will not change for your new rims. I'm no expert, but I expect the "tuner type" refers to the way the open end of the nut will seat against the new rims. It would seem odd to me that someone selling rims would not be able to provide the appropriate lug nuts to go with them but I suppose the thread pattern might vary depending upon what type of vehicle you plan to put them on. Best bet here is likely to go to a repuatable dealer that sells the type of wheels you have just purchased to make sure you get the right lug nuts.

The clearance on your wheels where the lug nuts go is probably too tight to be able to get a lug wrench or socket into if you use regular lug nuts. Tuner type lugs require a special tool that goes inside the lug nut like an allen wrench instead of around the outiside like a socket. The size you need depends on the size of the lugs on your vehicle. It could be 1/2", 7/16", 12mm, or 14mm depending on your vehicle. Your local auto parts store or the person installing your rims will know what you need.

those appear like they take 6 studs. Does your Jeep at present have hubs with 6 studs? which would be a much bigger undertaking than the lug nuts. The lug nuts remember on the studs, no longer the perimeters. If those rims do in high quality condition on hubs with 6 studs, you are going to fork out some hundred on the hubs and rebuilding your axles to accomodate the hot hubs.

Michael is correct, they'll have them at the custom wheel-tire shop you'll go to to have your expensive tires installed. They'll probably only be 5 bucks a pop. But hey, that's nothing compared to what you've already spent.

I could buy those too, but I'm investing my money for retirement.

Well you are going to have to get tires mounted on there anyway so when you go to the wheel shop to get them mounted, have them put some lugs on.
