i once snuck into the hotel pool at the shangri-la makati, so maybe you can check out the hotel pools.

also inquire at the local gyms if they allow day passes for use of their pools. i used to go to clark hatch, and it has a decent enough pool.

if your a professional swimmer, you can go to Malabon. There are lots of BAHA there but make sure to bring goggles cause u might bump into DAGA and ear plug cause the IPIS might go inside your ears. :)
