I assume you mean the keys are stuck in the door lock or in the ignition, rather than forgotten in the car. My '86 Mirage had some problems like that and I got "Lock-eze", which seemed to have oil and graphite in it.

If the lock is frozen, you may need to warm it first. I wouldn't know how to do that, I've only ever lived in California and Hawaii.

If all else fails, call a locksmith. Some will come to your home, but if you can get the car to them, it will be cheaper.

The tumblers are most likely bad in the ignition. A locksmith can fix it. Drive it to one or you can take the plastic covers off the steering column then turn the key to the 'ACC' possition and pres the button on the bottom of the switch housing and pull the whole cylinder out and take it to the locksmith.

Do you have AAA? They will do this for free. Also check if your insurance covers roadside assistance. If it comes to it, you can call the sheriffs office and they can send someone out with the tool to unlock it.

Edit: Okay I thought you meant you left them in the car. Is it in park? Check to make sure. If not then it sounds like the tumbler is bad in the ignition. You can change out the tumbler but it is cheaper to go to the scrap yard and get a new steering column in it. Or you can take it to a mechanic and get charged $300. Hope this helps!!
