The article could simply follow the solution given in Al Gore's documentary "An Inconvenient Truth", which states that Global Warming can be completely reversed by releasing less carbine dioxide into the atmosphere and action taken to grow more plants and trees. Mention how the world moved to adopt less reliance on harmful energy (the burning of oil, gasoline and coal) and using more environmental-friendly devices like electric-powered cars etc which doesn't produce harmful emissions into the air. Also a systematic program of planting more greenery which produces oxygen.

the best newspaper article would be one that commerates the aniversary of finding a permanent and effective solution to our global warming problems, thereby eliminating it forever. possibly, about the day the human race immigrated to the moon.
