Did you mess up the power connector socket on the mobo??
If you did, time to buy a new mobo! Did you disconnect anything other than the power connector from the mobo while you were in there?? Did you replace the power supply with a different type?? If you have a off the shelf computer you have to buy a power supply from the company who built the computer. Just any power supply won't work properly. Is it 20 pin or 24 pin socket on the mobo? You must match the number of pins on the power supply to the number of socket pins on the mobo.

i assume ur power switch on the pwr suppy is on. u probably damage the 20/24 pin pwr connector. the soldering where the connector contact the motherboard might be damage when u uninstall/install the pwr supply connector. try other working pwr suppy. if it still don't work get a new motherboard. btw, check the connection from the front panel power switch to the motherboard it might be loose.

Dumb answer, but does the electrical outlet work? try a lamp or something else to see if you get juce, if yes, is it enough? A computer needs a specific amount, because the power supply converts the A/C 110/115V to various DC voltage inside it. If it is fine, perhaps your motherboard is defective, or CPU/Ram. Any one of these could render it unbootable, or even not able to power on at all!
