About every 5 to 10 minutes, an error report appears on my screen:
"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information might be lost. PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. We have created an error report that you can send to help us improve Internet Explorer. We will treat this report as anonymous. To see what Data this error contains CLICK HERE.
SEND DON'T SEND"
I've tried sending, but nothing changes, And I am not old enough to do anything drastic to my computer. I used to be able to drag this window down but now I can only choose SEND or DONT SEND. Either way it exits my program and is very annoying. This problem keeps getting worse. Has this happened to you? Do you have any advice?

Sounds like you have some Mal-ware programs running in your system. Do you have up-to-date ant-virus and spyware/adware fighting programs?
Additionally, when was the last time you updated your windows programs? Make sure you update your internet explorer to the newest edition.
Try these first, if this doesn't fix the problems, you may need someone familiar with computers/internet problems to inspect your computer.

Have you upgraded to internet explorer 7. If not you can try to do this and it should fix the problem. Just make sure you have a legal copy of windows on your computer otherwise it won't let you download or install it.
If you don't have a legal copy then you can download Mozilla firefox. Just go to mozilla.com and download and install firefox. It's an internet browser that is extremely popular and work as well and in some areas better than internet explorer.

I get this message occasionally when I'm working with graphics, documents, and multiple programs, and assume that I have been trying to do something which confuses the computer or which is not allowed because of settings I have made somewhere.
I simply let the program shut down, send the report, and Restart to clear memory. Sometimes, if I slow down a bit, I am able to do what I want. Sometimes I have found it necessary to turn the PC off, and even at the surge protector, to completely clear memory. Might help if you check all your internet options - cookies allowed, privacy, content ...

This has not something to do with explorer.I easily have a similar challenge after I easily have utorrent operating. i can't connect both utilizing Explorer or Firefox or Opera.the unusual component is that utorrent nevertheless downloads! I sparkling up that challenge by creating use of Opera to receive torrents( it has integrated torrent downloader)

reporting the problem will not do much. try running your computer in safe mode and reinstalling IE explorer. also, if u have the new IE7, ur computer might not be accepting of it.

firefox
opera
etc
download any of them
u dont have to stick to microsoft internet explorer when he's not bein nice to u
too many options out there .
i use opera
