It means that you had a dream about being pregnant. jj Actually you should check out a dream book. Usually A dream is telling your consious mind something. Usually pregnancy means the birth of something new in your life, not neccesarily a baby, but a new idea or business. It could mean alot of things

when you are preggo you have wierd dreams but this doesnt nessecarly mean your pregnant it could mean that you want a baby or that you want another baby, i had some very vivid dreams that i was pregnant that were so very real and i thought that i was but i wasnt got a blood test done and everything and im not

i had a dream that i fell off the roof and i woke up only to find that i was still alive!!!!!!!
it's a dream. or a nightmare. whatever you prefer. it means nothing. if you're THAT worried lol...take a pregnancy test.

I dreamed my sister in law was pregnant. Her tubes are tied. I'm the one who was pregnant. Most of the time it means someone close to you will be the victim.

I took Psyc in college, and I would think that it means you are expecting something new (not neccessarily children) in your life. It may even mean that you are overwhelmed with society and are trying to maintain an interpersonal relationship with yourself.
