Why is it that the most petite women usually end up giving birth to the most gigantically large behemoth children? Haha. Aahhh... I don't know, it's just something I've noticed.

Makes me think of my sons. The oldest (who is almost 5 now) weighed in at 10lbs and 5 oz and was 23 in long. My youngest (who is 3 now) weighed in at 9lbs 1 1/2 oz and was 22 in long.....I was induced with him a week before I was due because the Dr was afraid of him being as big as his brother. If he had waited that extra week, it's hard telling what he would have weighed...LOL Everyone asked me if I was a gestational diabetic.....no I wasn't, they were just BIG babies. LOL

I am small, and I had big babies. My 1st was 5 weeks early and still weighed 6lbs 3 oz..2nd was 39 weeks and 8lbs 7 oz....3rd was 38 weeks and 8 ibs 15 oz. I was only 98 # when I got pregnant with #1..but since stay about 110. I am 5'3" ( almost) I had GD ( Gestational diabetes) with my first though and I think I had it with the other two also, although my GTT came out fine with them, both of my sons had blood sugar trouble after birth. My third was a shoulder dystocia baby too...I want another..but DO worry about the size thing.
:-)
