Track Point?

I have a IBM and there's a red thing in the middle called the trackpoint. It's like a mouse for the laptop. For some reason the trackpoitn won't work and neither will the left and right click buttons that go with it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
p.s. it is not disabled I checked!

Try uninstalling in Device Manager and rebooting, or updating the drivers.

If it's not disabled and the driver reinstall, as suggested doesn't work, you need a new keyboard.
