ah....Jeans, gauze embroyed shirts. Ponchos, Long straight hair or big curly hair,. braids,
Long skirts. Cut off shorts. Beaded jewlery. Love beads. Flowers in their hair. Indian/like patterns and clothes.

lol!! I'm 61 and still have really long hair that just kinda hangs there and has never seen a perm. I wore bell bottoms and tie died shirts, army boots, long skirts hand made out of whatever we could find, never did the flowers in the hair bit but loved braiding feathers or whatever worked into my hair. No underwear, and attitude! Smile, love, see beauty in everything.

Being a hippie has more to do with attitude and politics than flowy skirts and flowers in the hair.

comfortable clothing. blouses with ruffles, any kinds of jeans, colorful socks, tennis shoes, hair in braid(s), sweatshirts. clothes that were made sweat free. peace-symbol necklaces, barefeet, cartoon underwear, polka dot swimsuits, long skirts(past the knees)
