Just watch Music videos to learn some moves or hit the club. I've been to some dances at my school after the football games and they just grind on each other. Or buy a hip-hop instructional video.

you really have to have rythym, flexibility and a touch of soul, then if you dont have someone to teach you, they sell videos, and offer hip hop dance lessons. My 14 year old daughter got pretty good w/ lessons.

first you have to have a confident attitude. this will help you to get the feel for the move. then you need to practice the step. lastly, put effort into your practice by imagining that you are preforming in front of an audience... and there ya go. go to a class

If you need to have it explained you should just forget it.
If you really want to try...check out the videos on TV & then take it down a notch.
