Yes... I am a straight man and have many gay friends, I have these gay friends because they know I am straight and respect it. I am not homophobic, and not saying im this huge prize, but if you ask a straight man out with a motive other then friendship, the results will be bad in the end, I promise you that much..

Sure, as long as you keep it to enjoying a drink and making conversation. bu tif you try to push it beyond just being friends, albeit close ones, then you are overstepping yoru bounds in the same way a straight lady would be by asking you out for drinks and hitting on you in a sexual way.

I am gay living in Paris with my love and yes you certainly ask him out and get to know him but in the meanwhile you might get hurted because as you get to know him you will may have a crush on him and you will get hurted. Either way be careful as you might hurt your heart you know he is straight and you like him you want to ask him out. Why? You will lose at the end because you will realise you would like him as your boyfriend. Better go find gay handsone men.

i understand WHAT YOU advise!!!! i'm getting hit on the two... in many situations right now however... it somewhat is the main unearthly element, and that i do no longer want to hit on them back, with the aid of fact i think love it somewhat is a possibility zone. My issue is, i'm truly attracted to right now adult adult males, and all my acquaintances are right now, so i'm getting truly sexually frusterated lots haha i think of maximum everybody is bi-curious, and don't have a clue with the aid of fact they in no way think of of it till they meet gay adult adult males like us, who're only like them, (no longer flamey right here) in basic terms they like adult adult males.
