imagine one day astronauts will be up there...what would happen if anyone induced a spark by accident? would it be a mega giant gas-cylinder explosion in the solar system? who would be to blame?

To have combustion one needs BOTH fuel and oxydizer. There is no free oxygen on Titan. If there was, that oxygen would have combined with methane long ago, from things as mundane as lightnings (there can be those, when there are clouds, there will be static charge build-up), falling meteorites burning in the Titan atmosphere, or even slow oxidation.
