Video capture/playback?

Why do some cellphones that have the camera but do not have this option ? Does it mean that we can only make photos, not movies ?

I'm guessing this phone must be an older model. Most ewer phones have video capture/playback option. Older phones with cameras do not. Probably because that older technology does not have enough memory to save a video file.

Yes that's why it's a camera within the phone. It was built that way, so why not try asking or e-mailing ght producers/manufactures of the phones.
