bring all your receipts, such as dr. bills, medicine, so forth. Bring your receipt from the bank. Be sure and take your w-2

Irs. org has lots of forms for you to download and practice filing your info. IRS has information on its site, and is up to date.
You need to prove all sources of income.
By the end of January, you will receive your w-2 to show income from work,
your forms from interest received for all bank accounts, and other forms will be sent to you to prove any stock dividends or other sources of income.
You must report all worldwide income - from winnings, etc.
You can file online.
You can buy software like turbotax and others, and do it yourself.

All you need from the bank is the 1099 DIV- INC it mailed to you, if over $10.00.
